Butters is Two...

My baby turned two yesterday and I was having a rough time with it. All the baby toys, swings, beds, etc. are officially out of my house never to return. This also means my baby won't me a baby much longer...

Evan G. is into tractors, his kittens, puppies and anything to do with being outside. He has two favorite stuffed animals and that is an elephant (Ellie) that is as big as he is and one of Carter's old puppies he got when he was two. 

We haven't been able to break him of the before bed milk and at this point I really don't care. He sleeps through the night with it so let him be. 

Evan is my meat and potato kid... even though sometimes he will eat a zucchini tots or spaghetti squash and red sauce with no complaints... he does not however like any kind of actual pasta nor will he eat breakfast at the appropriate time (breakfast food for dinner ok, breakfast at breakfast no). 

He has many nicknames... He was given Butterbean because he was born during bean harvest. That has shortened now to Butters and sometimes Bean. He also goes by Ev's, Gilbert, Zibby, Gibby, Goo and many more. 

Evan wears 3T clothes, actually really skipped over 2T all together, and he wears a 8.5-9 show. He weighs in at 34 pounds, just a few pounds smaller then Oliver. 

Evan is my sleeper. He has been in a big boy bed for about 5 months and loves it... because he can crawl out of his bed and into ours anytime he wants. He and Oliver share a room that is in a hunting theme. The kid will sleep anywhere, his favorite places are mom and dads bed, the kitchen floor, and the car but has been known to fall asleep on the floor of a tractor, on the back porch and the swing. Evan doesn't really do well with going to bed at bedtime. He is usually out within 5 minutes of putting him down but we normally let him stay up anyway because really how often does he get one-on-one time with us like the other two did. 

Evan is a happy baby, always smiling and rarely gets his feelings hurt. I love watching him explore the world and I could sit and watch him for hours.
